Chicken Fajita Drumsticks
12 small chicken drumsticks
2 tbs Schwartz Grill & Sizzle Special Blend Fajita
1 tbs tomato purée
1 tbs honey
STEP 1
Wipe the drumsticks with kitchen paper. Mix together the Fajita Special Blend, purée and honey and brush over the drumsticks. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
To barbecue: make sure the coals are white hot and set the chicken well above them on the grill rack. Cook turning occasionally for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a side salad.
STEP 3
Or pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and cook for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, turning once.
