Chicken Kebabs


1 packet Schwartz Classic BBQ Marinade
2 tbs light olive oil
4 tbs water
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks

STEP 1

Combine the Classic BBQ marinade with the oil and water, add the chicken and coat with the marinade.



STEP 2

Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or for best results marinate overnight.



STEP 3

Thread the chicken onto skewers alternately with the onion and pepper.



STEP 4

Place on the barbecue or under the grill on a medium heat. Cook for around 5-8 minutes on each side. Ensure the chicken is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.



Delicious served with corn on the cob
