Chinese Five Spice Stir Fry


1 tbs oil
350g (12oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
100g (4oz) mange tout
100g (4oz) baby corn, halved lengthways
100g (4oz) broccoli florets
2 tbs Schwartz Stir Fry Special Blend Chinese 5 Spice
1 tbs Schwartz Sesame Seed
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbs light soy sauce
75ml (3fl oz) water

STEP 1

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes until browned.



STEP 2

Add the vegetables, Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend and Sesame Seeds and fry for 2-3 minutes.



STEP 3

Blend the cornflour with the soy sauce and water and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve with noodles and prawn crackers.
