Creamy Chicken & Mushrooms
1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
100g (4oz) mushrooms, sliced
100g (4oz) mange tout
2 tsp Schwartz Minced Garlic
1 tsp Schwartz Mixed Herbs
300ml (½ pint) double cream
salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken, onion, mushrooms and mange tout for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 2
Place the garlic and herbs into a saucepan and stir in the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. Spoon the chicken mixture onto a plate with some cooked pasta and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
