Creamy Orange Chicken


1 tsp Schwartz Simply Shake Special Blend for Chicken
2 tbs cornflour
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
2 tbs oil
1 small onion, sliced
150ml (1/4 pint) unsweetened orange juice
150ml (1/4 pint) chicken stock
1 tbs thin cut orange marmalade
1 tsp Schwartz Garam Masala
3 tbs single cream

STEP 1

Mix the Chicken Seasoning with the cornflour and use to coat the chicken.



STEP 2

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the coated chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until brown. Add the orange juice, chicken stock and marmalade and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.



STEP 3

Just before serving, stir in the Garam Masala and the cream.



STEP 4

Serve on a bed of rice.
