Easy Thai Green Curry


1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 packet Schwartz Thai Chicken Green Curry Recipe Mix
350ml (12fl oz) milk
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
STEP 1

Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, until browned.



STEP 2

Blend the packet contents into the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.



STEP 3

Add the spring onions and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serves 4 EASY Cook 15 mins
