Chicken Wraps


1 tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 tbs Schwartz Simply Shake Special Blend for Chicken
8 flour tortillas
150ml (1/4 pint) soured cream

STEP 1

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the chicken, onion and peppers for 6-8 minutes until cooked and slightly browned. Sprinkle the Seasoning into the pan and mix well.



STEP 2

Serve the chicken mixture, wrapped in the flour tortillas, with a generous spoonful of soured cream
