Bacon Wrapped Chicken
2 tbs Schwartz Easy Garlic
1 tbs Schwartz Parsley Flat Leaf
25g (1oz) butter, softened
4 x 100g (4 x 4oz) chicken breasts
2 tbs Schwartz Simply Shake Special Blend for Chicken
4 rashers lean back bacon
salad leaves to serve
tomato halves to serve
STEP 1
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat. Meanwhile, mix together the Garlic, Parsley and butter. Slit the chicken breasts almost in half and fill with the garlic herb butter.
STEP 2
Season the chicken breasts with the Chicken Seasoning and then wrap a rasher of bacon around each breast. Grill the chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
STEP 3
Test the chicken is cooked by inserting a knife into the thickest part of the chicken. If the juices run clear the chicken is cooked. Slice the chicken breasts and arrange on a plate with some salad leaves and tomatoes. Drizzle with the cooking juices and serve.
