Chicken Casserole


1 tbs oil
175g (6oz) leeks, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 packet Schwartz Chicken Casserole Recipe Mix
300ml (1/2 pint) water

STEP 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.



STEP 2

Heat the oil and soften the leeks and carrots in a frying pan. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish.



STEP 3

Blend the packet contents into the water and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook for 1 hour.



STEP 5

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes
