Chicken Chasseur
1 tbs oil
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 onion, chopped
1 packet Schwartz Chicken Chasseur Recipe Mix
300ml (1/2 pint) water
100g (4oz) mushrooms, sliced
STEP 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
STEP 2
Heat the oil and brown the chicken and onion in a frying pan. Transfer to a casserole dish.
STEP 3
Blend the packet contents into the water and add to the casserole dish with the mushrooms. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until tender.
STEP 4
Serve with buttery baked potatoes.
