Chicken & Leek Bake
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
100g (4oz) bacon, chopped
225g (8oz) leeks, sliced
25g (1oz) butter
1 packet Schwartz Chicken and Leek Bake Recipe Mix
450ml (¾ pint) milk
50g (2oz) Cheddar cheese, grated
STEP 1
Fry the chicken, bacon and leeks in the butter for 5 minutes.
STEP 2
Blend the packet contents into the milk. Pour over the chicken. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the
chicken is cooked.
STEP 3
Transfer to a heatproof dish. Sprinkle over the cheese and grill until golden.
STEP 4
Serve with pasta.
