Chicken marinated with Basil and Lemon


1 tbs lemon juice
4 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Pepper
1 tbs Schwartz Basil
1/4 tsp Schwartz Sea Salt Mill
8 skinless chicken thighs, scored
Lemon wedges to garnish

STEP 1

Combine the lemon juice with the oil, Garlic Pepper, Basil and Salt, pour over the chicken. Cover and leave to marinade for 2 hours in the refrigerator or for best results overnight.



STEP 2

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. Cook the chicken under a pre-heated medium-heat grill for 15-20 minutes or until tender, turning frequently and brushing with any remaining marinade throughout cooking.



STEP 3

Serve garnished with the lemon wedges.
