Classic Barbecue Chicken Kebabs


450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 courgette, cut into chunks
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 tbs olive oil
4 tsp Schwartz Grill & Sizzle Special Blend Classic Barbecue

STEP 1

Place the chicken and vegetables in a bowl and coat evenly with the oil and Classic Barbecue Special Blend. Thread onto 4 skewers or kebab sticks, alternating the chicken and vegetables.



STEP 2

Place under a pre-heated grill or on the babecue for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.



STEP 3

Serve the kebabs on a bed of mixed leaf salad.
