Crunchy Chicken
350g (12oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 medium egg, beaten
4 tbs Schwartz Sesame Seed
4 tbs plain flour
4 tsp Schwartz Grill & Sizzle Special Blend Cajun
3 tbs oil
STEP 1
Coat the chicken strips with beaten egg.
STEP 2
Combine the Sesame Seeds, flour and Cajun Special Blend in a large plastic bag. Add the chicken strips and shake vigorously until evenly coated.
STEP 3
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the coated chicken until crispy and brown on each side.
STEP 4
Serve with salad and relish.
