Curried Chicken Salad


150ml (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt
1 tsp Schwartz Medium Curry Powder
1 tsp Schwartz Tarragon
1 tsp Schwartz Simply Shake Special Blend Season-All
1 small onion, cut into rings
2 sticks celery, sliced
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
225g (8oz) cold cooked chicken, chopped
1 banana, sliced
4 poppadoms
Red pepper slices for garnish (optional)
STEP 1

Mix yoghurt with the Curry Powder, Tarragon and Season-All Seasoning. Stir in the onion rings, celery, chopped pepper and chicken. Chill.



STEP 2

Just before serving, stir in the banana. Pile the mixture onto the poppadoms and garnish with slices of red pepper. Serve immediately.
