Grilled Curried Chicken


2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp Schwartz Medium Curry Powder
1 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
1/2 tsp Schwartz Onion Salt
1 tsp Schwartz Paprika
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthways

STEP 1

Mix the oil, Curry Powder, Garlic Granules, Onion Salt and Paprika in a small bowl. Place the chicken in a large re-sealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add the curry marinade and turn to coat well.



STEP 2

Cover and leave to marinade for 30 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.




STEP 3

Grill the chicken over a medium-heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
