Grilled Paprika Chicken


4 chicken breasts
4 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs Schwartz Paprika
Sea Salt and Black Pepper

STEP 1

Slash the chicken making deep cuts into the flesh.



STEP 2

In a shallow dish, mix the remaining ingredients. Add the chicken and coat in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.



STEP 3

Place under a pre-heated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.



STEP 4

Serve with boiled new potatoes, tossed in butter and parsley and seared courgettes. Garnish with lime wedges if you wish.
