Chargrilled Chicken Pasta


350g (12oz) boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 packet Schwartz Chargrilled Chicken Pasta Recipe Mix
1 tbs oil
400g tin chopped tomatoes
50ml (2fl oz) milk
Cooked pasta to serve
STEP 1

Place the chicken and the vegetables in a large bowl. Stir in the packet contents.



STEP 2

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken and vegetables for 5-6 minutes until browned, stirring ocasionally.



STEP 3

Add the tomatoes and milk, bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta.
